Cayumas’ Friulane are the real Venetian slippers. Made in artisan workshops, they are handsewn and use no glue. The sole is recycled rubber from bicycle tyres and they are crafted with organic velvet and English Liberty fabrics in the insoles.
Sizes. Friulanes are not only comfortable; they are also true to size, so a 38 is a 38. If you have any questions, we recommend that you choose a size up even though they always give a bit.
Cleaning. Velvet slippers can be handwashed with a soft, undyed cloth in cool or lukewarm water. Let them dry without wringing them out. Do no iron them or use bleach.

Orders WHEN returned BOTH for Size changes or Refunds from non European Union countries, HAVE TO include OUR given tracking number and Courier name (we suggest to use same courier for returns), and the phrase “RETURN WITH NO COMMERCIAL VALUE””, to avoid taxes. In the case of not doing it, the order will be refunded, and the tax will be deducted, with no size change option. Thank you
Exchanges: We accept exchanges for size and color. The timeframe is 1 month upon receipt of the order.
To do so, send us an email within at most 1 month after you placed your order at tienda@cayumas.com telling us the reason and stating the order number.
Once you have sent the email, you should send the product to Avenida de Doctor Arce, 32- Madrid 28002. Exchange costs will be paid by the customer, and the amount to be returned will be reimbursed once the package has been received and checked.
To be eligible for exchanges, the item must be unused, in the same conditions in which you received it and in its original packaging. To complete the exchange, we need your purchase receipt.
Cayumas does not provide return labels. The return is at the client’s cost. Cayumas will resend the change at its cost
Once the product has been received and the exchange approved, we will organize the shipment.
Returns: The conditions for eligibility are the same that for Exchanges. The shipment will not be refunded.
