By using this website or placing an order through it, the user agrees to these TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF PURCHASE and our PRIVACY POLICY. If you do not agree, you should not use this website.

By using this website and placing orders through it, the user agrees to the following:
- Use the website only to view products and place orders
- Not place fraudulent or false orders. If fraud is reasonably suspected, CAYUMAS S.L. is entitled to cancel the order and inform the relevant authorities
- Be legally capable of entering into contracts (must be over 18 years old)
- Provide accurate and truthful contact and delivery information

5. PURCHASE CONDITIONS
Service availability
Users may place orders for products available on the website for delivery within Spain and other European destinations.
Language
The contract will be formalised in Spanish.
Product availability
All orders are subject to product availability. If any product is unavailable, the customer will be informed by email or phone and may choose between:
- A refund of the paid amount
- Replacement with another product of equal value
Prices
All prices include applicable taxes (VAT included) but exclude shipping costs, which will be added to the total order.
CAYUMAS S.L. reserves the right to change prices at any time. However, products will be charged at the price in effect at the time the order is placed.
VAT will be applied according to current legislation depending on the product type.
Orders to Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla are VAT-exempt in accordance with Article 21 of Spanish VAT Law 37/1992, without prejudice to applicable local taxes and duties.
Shipping costs
- Spain (Peninsula & Balearic Islands): €5.50 up to 1 kg
- Canary Islands: €15
- Additional weight will be charged accordingly
- No free shipping in Spain
- USA & Canada: free shipping on orders over $200
Order process
To place an order, the user must:
- Select products
- Add them to the shopping cart
- Complete checkout and payment
Before confirming the order, the user must expressly accept these Terms and the Privacy Policy.
An order is only confirmed once payment has been completed. Clicking “Pay” constitutes a binding purchase commitment.
Order cancellation
CAYUMAS S.L. reserves the right to refuse or cancel an order in case of:
- Incorrect billing details
- Suspected fraud
- Delivery impossibility
- Suspicion that the user is not a final consumer
- User under 18 years old
- Non-payment
6. PAYMENT METHODS
Accepted payment methods include:
- Credit/debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, etc.)
- PayPal
- Klarna
- Shopify Payments
- Bank transfer
Payments are processed in EUR only.
Card payments are processed through secure payment gateways. If payment is not authorised, the order will be automatically cancelled.
PayPal payments are subject to PayPal’s own terms and conditions.
7. DELIVERY
Delivery times:
- Spain (Peninsula): 24–72 working hours
- Balearic Islands, Canary Islands, Ceuta & Melilla: up to 7 working days
- International orders: 2–7 working days depending on destination
Delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances. If delivery cannot be met, customers will be informed and may choose to continue with a new delivery date or cancel the order with a full refund.
Delivery is considered completed once the customer (or authorised third party) receives and signs for the order.
8. FAILED DELIVERY
If delivery is not possible:
- A second delivery attempt may be made
- The order may be delivered to an authorised third party
If delivery fails after 15 days, the order will be considered cancelled and refunded, minus any return shipping costs.
9. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
Consumers have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 calendar days without giving any reason.

Products must be returned in original condition, unused, with original packaging and labels.
Refunds will be processed within 14 days after receiving returned items.
Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect product.
10. LIABILITY
CAYUMAS S.L. is not responsible for:
- Website availability or technical failures
- Viruses or harmful elements
- Third-party interruptions or hacking attempts
- Errors or omissions in external information sources
- Loss of profits or business interruption
The website is intended for personal use only and not for commercial resale.
11. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All content on this website (text, images, logos, design, code, etc.) belongs to CAYUMAS S.L. or its licensors.
Any reproduction, distribution or modification without prior authorisation is strictly prohibited.

13. APPLICABLE LAW AND JURISDICTION
These Terms are governed by Spanish law.
Any dispute shall be submitted to the courts of Spain, without prejudice to applicable consumer protection laws.
