Changes and refunds policy

For in-store purchases:
Only exchanges are accepted—either for size, color, model, or a store credit for the purchase value—provided the shoes are in good condition. The credit can be used at any time.

For online purchases:
Cayumas accepts both exchanges and returns. The timeframe for exchanges or refunds is 15 days from the delivery date.

Returns should be sent to the following address:
CAYUMAS, Avenida de Doctor Arce, 32 - Madrid 28002, Spain.
Exchanges and refunds will be processed once the returned order has been received and verified.

To be eligible for an exchange or refund, the item must be unused, in the same condition as received, and returned in its original or similar packaging. Proof of purchase is required.

Cayumas does not provide return or exchange shipping labels; the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. However, Cayumas will cover the cost of reshipping the first exchange, provided the delivery address remains the same as the original order or is within the same country. Once the product is received and the exchange is approved, we will arrange the new shipment.

Refunds will only be processed after the returned package has been received at our facilities and the items have been verified to be in perfect condition.

Once the return is approved, the refund will be issued using the same payment method used for the purchase within the applicable timeframe. Shipping costs are non-refundable, except in cases of defective products or shipping errors.

The same conditions apply to packages rejected by the customer or not accepted upon delivery and still in transit. In such cases, the refund will be issued once the package has been returned to and received by us.

VERY IMPORTANT:
When returning an order for a size exchange or refund from countries outside the European Union, it is essential to follow Cayumas’ instructions to avoid taxes. Failure to do so will result in the order being refunded without the possibility of exchange, and any incurred taxes will be deducted from the refund. Thank you.

During sale periods and promotions, the cost of exchanges and returns will be borne by the customer.
