Shipping Policy

Once Cayumas has received payment confirmation, it will proceed to prepare the products within the hours corresponding to our business hours; Monday to Friday from 10:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. and Saturdays from 10:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.

A tracking number will be assigned to each order.

Cayumas is not responsible for delays caused by the mail service.

Please note that Cayumas does not accept responsibility for any international duties and taxes incurred by your shipment.

Orders requested before 2:00 p.m. will be sent the same day within the following hours; 09:00 a.m.-2:00 p.m. from Monday to Friday. Orders placed after this time will be processed the next day. Deliveries will not be made on weekends or holidays.

It is very important that you bear in mind the following information:

Cayumas ships nationally and internationally.

For shipments made outside Spain; The UPS company makes two delivery attempts per business day. In the event that the delivery fails, you will receive an email from them in which you can change the delivery day or request that the order be deposited at a company pick up point. Orders generally remain at that point for a maximum of 15 days, so we recommend that you pick the package as soon as possible.

If there is a case in which the package cannot be delivered successfully due to incorrect addresses, insufficient information or inability to contact the recipient, the customer must be responsible for the costs involved as well as the logistics expenses incurred in the return delivery process and new shipment.
