Exchanges and returns

You have 14 calendar days from receipt of your order to request a return.

Products must be in perfect condition, unused and unopened, and must retain their original packaging, seal and all accessories.

Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer. Cayumas does not cover the postage costs associated with the return, except in the case of a faulty product or an error in the order.

For hygiene reasons, perfumes and sample packs that have been opened or used cannot be exchanged or returned.

To request a return, please contact us at tienda@cayumas.com within the specified period, providing your order number and the products you wish to return.
