About Cayumas
- Where are Cayumas made?
Our Friulane shoes are handmade in Friuli, Italy, following traditional craftsmanship. They are Venetian shoes sewn one by one by hand, without glue or cardboard, comfortable and timeless.
- What makes Cayumas different from other brands?
All our footwear is artisanal and handmade from start to finish by a Master Artisan in his workshop in Friuli, Italy. We stand out for being the authentic Friulane shoes made in a more traditional and sustainable way, in small productions and with organic materials.
Products
- How do I choose my size?
We recommend your usual European size. If you are between two sizes, choose the larger one. Boheme and Salomé run slightly small; Pagliacci fits like Boheme; Aida adapts very well to half sizes. Check our size guide to measure your foot accurately.
Online Store
- Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship worldwide. Shipments to the EU and the US take approximately 2–3 days. Shipping within Spain is free. Shipments to mainland Spain: 2–3 days. Islands and other countries: 5–7 days. Every order includes a tracking number. - Can I return or exchange my Cayumas?
You have 15 calendar days from the shipping date (30 days in the EU). Items must be in perfect condition and in their original packaging. In-store purchases: exchanges only. Online purchases: exchanges and returns (the customer covers the return shipping; Cayumas covers the reshipment for the first exchange).
- Do you offer gift cards?
Yes. Digital Gift Cards with no expiration date, available in amounts from €25 to €300. They are sent via email and are valid on cayumas.com and in our showroom. - Is it safe to shop at Cayumas.com?
Yes, we accept credit/debit cards, PayPal, and other secure payment methods.
Care and Authenticity
- How do I care for my Cayumas?
Clean them by hand with a damp cloth and neutral soap. Let them air dry, do not iron or use bleach. They can also be machine washed on a delicate cycle, always in cold water and inside a machine-washable shoe bag.

- Do you have a physical store?
Yes: Avda Doctor Arce 32 and Callejón de Jorge Juan 14, Madrid, Spain. Additionally, we are available at selected international retail locations (see the relevant section on our website). - Do you collaborate with other brands or designers?
Yes, we create capsule collections and limited editions with collaborators who share our philosophy.

- I can't access my account, how do I recover my password?
On the login page, select "Forgot your password?" and enter your email. - I want to know the status of my order
You will receive an email with a tracking number once your purchase is confirmed. With it, you can track the status of your package through the shipping company's website. - Restocking
As our pieces are handmade, collections are limited or have reduced stock. Subscribe to our newsletter or activate the "Notify when available" option to be the first to know. - I have received a defective product
Write to us at tienda@cayumas.com within 48 hours with photos of the product, and we will assist you as soon as possible. - What happens if the product I want to exchange has a different price?
If it is lower: the difference will be refunded. If it is higher: you must pay the difference before shipping. - Refunds
Refunds are processed after receiving and verifying the product, using the same payment method. - Can I modify or cancel my order?
