Refund Policy
Refunds will only be processed after the returned package has been received at our facilities and after verifying that the items are in perfect condition.
Once the return has been verified, the refund will be made using the same payment method used for the purchase, within the corresponding time frame.
The same conditions apply to parcels rejected by the customer or that have not been accepted on delivery and are still in transit. In these cases, the refund will be made once the parcel has been returned and received by us.
