The shipping company with which the return will proceed will be Correos. Cayumas does not offer home pick up service, you must print the return label that we send to the email, paste it to the package and deposit it in the post office of your choice.

Recall it in 2-3 days within the countries of the European Union and the United States.
Balearic Islands, Canary Islands and the rest of the countries within 5-7 working days.
Cayumas accepts exchanges for size and color and refunds. The deadline for changing the model, size or refund is 15 days for members outside the EU from the date of shipment. For EU members it is 1 month, from when the shipment is made.
To do so, send us an email at tienda@cayumas.com telling us the reason and stating the order number.
Once you have sent the email and get the directions, you should send the product to CAYUMAS, Avenida de Doctor Arce, 32- Madrid 28002 , Spain.
To be eligible for exchanges, the item must be unused, in the same conditions in which you received it and in its original packaging. To complete the exchange, we need your purchase receipt.
Cayumas does not provide return labels. The return is at the client’s cost, but we can provide return labels to client’s cost if you let us know when send the return email. Cayumas will resend the final change at its cost.
Once the product has been received and the exchange approved, we will organize the shipment.
ORDERS FROM NON EUROPEAN COUNTRIES HAVE TO FOLLOW CAYUMAS DIRECTIONS to avoid taxes. In the case of not doing it, the amount of the order will be refunded, and the tax will be deducted, with no size change option if it was the selected choice. Thank you.
